Plans overview
Abner offers three plans, each billed monthly or annually (20% discount on annual billing):

Pageview limits
Each plan includes a monthly pageview allowance. Pageviews are counted across all sites in your workspace. We'll send you an email alert when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit.
If you exceed your limit, data collection is paused until the next billing cycle. We will never charge overage fees without your consent.
Add-on pageview packs
Need a burst of extra capacity? Purchase one-time add-on packs that never expire:

Add-on packs are consumed only after your monthly plan allowance is exhausted. Unused pack pageviews carry forward indefinitely.
Managing your subscription
From your account settings, you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Pro-rated credits are applied automatically.
- Switch between monthly and annual billing.
- Cancel your subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Update payment method via the Stripe customer portal.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full plan features and limits. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account will be paused.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, fees are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
